Members Live
In the future, Member Clubs will be springing up around the world – in Mena, South-Africa and India. As a member, you’ll have the opportunity to work at these global locations in projects and tasks provided to you, with a comfortable living space that affords you maximum flexibility.
As our Member Club locations grow, increasing numbers of members will be able to enjoy travel between the locations for projects and jobs. To strengthen the community and network, we’ll organise informal gatherings with a relaxed atmosphere – so our members can connect and get to know each other better.

From the online world, to the real-one, Inventive Ventures offers a host of benefits to members – such as sports activities, hobbies, gym discounts (thanks to a member discount from gym network JLT), and socializing – with members enjoying dinner, drinks and parties together.
The aims and focusses of the Members Club
We are here to support and teach members how they can work for themselves and develop independent opinions, and how these opinions can be stress-tested. In turn, our members become confident in their affirmations, with decisions that can be relied upon and input that constantly improves.
We’ll help them to understand that success can only be achieved by those who deeply understand reality, and know how to use it to achieve all that they want. We will teach ‘truth’ – truth being an accurate understanding of reality. This concept is fundamental to producing good outcomes and exceptional work.
In this world, the quality of life that can we achieve is always dependent upon the quality of decisions that we make – whether in business life or personal.
The culture of the Members Club
Members will be coached and mentored – helping them to think for themselves and ensuring that they are prevented from making mistakes.
What defines those who live to their fullest potential, is their willingness to reflect, self-analyse and see everything objectively. To be successful, they must look at their behaviour and that of those around them in our working environment. Then and only then can the causes of problems be uncovered.
The importance of envisaging multiple possibilities Is paramount, as is the willingness to overcome the ego-barriers of others that stand tall in the way of truth.
Ultimately incredible things can come from great people operating in a good culture. In this way, we can’t emphasise enough just how vital it is that we select, train, test, evaluate and organise the best people for the most pressing tasks – those who can overcome the challenges of the projects we assign.
Members are in the club to achieve goals and complete what can be complex tasks – and when they’re completely committed, with their employers’ fully aware, amazing results can be achieved – just like Calvin•Farel, Tomorrow.am and Inventive Ventures.
Key essentials for success are qualities that almost anyone can acquire, while our key values as a Members Club include excellence, truth at all costs, a high sense of ownership and a strong character – the latter meaning the commitment to doing the good, bad and difficult to achieve.
As humans, it’s difficult to explore and accept our weaknesses, but this is what almost always stands in the way of reaching our full potential. At the Members Club, we share the things that we wrestle with, and in doing so, take giant leaps forward with personal progression.
