The portfolio comprises of start-ups developed and created to answer demand in the Middle East, as well as start-ups that are firmly vested in the realms of blockchain technology, artificial intelligence (AI) and augmented- virtual reality (AR/VR) – each of which have global potential – reaching far beyond the Middle East.

The first investment transaction has taken place prior to the Seed-Coin offering and integration of the Sharia-compliant crowdfunding platform. Conducted between Calvin•Farel and Tomorrow.am, Calvin•Farel acquired 50% of the shares of Inventive Ventures, including the participation rights of all their upcoming start-ups – all paid in Seed-Coins.

A select number of start-ups from the portfolio will be introduced to the Middle Eastern market with the launch of the first publicly accessible release and tranche of Seed-Coin cryptocurrency.

Each and every Seed-Coin owner is free to become part of the success of the blockchain-based crowdfunding platform Fundraiser.ae – as well as the 25 upcoming start-ups set to define the 4th Industrial Revolution. In the coming years, an array of additional start-ups and SMEs will join these flagship companies, attracting Seed-Coin investment.
